Sometimes due to exceptional circumstances you may need to apply to take your child out of school during term time. You can do this by completing a form available from the school office or emailing the school office Office@smfr.co.uk

The Headteacher will consider each application. They can only authorise absence in unavoidable exceptional circumstances.
