Bucks Pay Range 1B (£17,017-£18,676 annual) (£8.82-£9.68 per hour)

We currently have a vacancy in our EYFS/KS1 Learning Support Team. As school focused on the best for children & staff, for the right candidate we are open to being flexible: full or part time considered, the successful candidate may be working 1:1 with a child and/or with a class. We are a strong team at SMFR and will look to accommodate the right person. Experience would be an advantage but not a necessity.
We are a family orientated Church of England Primary School. Driven by our vision & ethos. Class sizes are small with 25 children per class. All years are supported by a Learning Support Assistant. This enables us to know every child well and provide a happy, family orientated education.

About the role
We are seeking to appoint, a good/outstanding, kind, caring, motivated, inspirational Learning Support Assistant.
The right candidate will share in our school vision & ethos, including our passion for teaching and learning and drive to fill the world with happy, confident, well-mannered proud community members who have high standards and are respectful of Christian values and of others differences.
Pupils listen attentively to the teachers. They work well together in class when required, listening to and respecting each other’s views, putting their own ideas forward confidently and sharing resources amicably. They work equally well independently when this is appropriate.
