Support when times are tricky
Thinking positively and looking to find good things around you and your family can really help you. Keeping a routine, helping children to complete some school work, taking exercise and taking time for yourself are very important to help keep yourself and your family feeling good. This is so important for all. But there are times when we may all feel overwhelmed with the situation and it is important to recognise that this is ok and perfectly natural. It can be how we are able to help ourselves and those around us at these times that can make the most difference.
Health and wellbeing are areas that people have historically found difficult to talk about but there is help out there. SMFR are always here to help however we can too. We can get through any situation together.
