Emotional Well-Being Resources and Support
In order to help and support both children's and parent's ongoing emotional and mental well-being we have added some useful links and downloadable resources to the Pastoral Support section of our website.
Children can find links to appropriate websites and have a range of resources that they can use to help many aspects of well-being such as mindfulness, self-esteem, dealing with different feelings and how to cope with current situations.
Parents can find more appropriate links to websites for support and guidance with dealing with their own well-being but also for dealing with that of their children or young adults. There are also useful resources that can be used to specifically support children with key aspects of well-being.
