World Mental Health Day
October 10th is World Mental Health Day, a time to highlight the importance for us all to take time for ourselves and consider our own mental wellbeing and that of those around us.
Mental Health and Wellbeing is something that is high on all our agendas and rightly so. SMFR are here to support all of our 'School Family' and so wish to share this useful guide published by the Mental Health Foundation containing some really useful tips on how to support your mental wellbeing.
