This week we are going to be continue doing work based on 'The Tunnel'
Lesson 1 - WALT: To plan an untold story. Plan the events of a story that you will tell from Jack's perspective in The Tunnel.
Lesson 2/3 - WALT: To write an untold story. Write a version of the story based on Jack's perspective, in first person (I, me, my). As it is a full story it should be at least 1-2 A4 pages of quality work.
Lesson 4 - WALT: To answer questions about a book.
Lesson 5 - WALT: To write a book review.
In Maths this week, we will be completing our work on statistics using block graphs and working on 2D/3D shapes.
Lesson 1 - To identify lines of symmetry.
Lesson 2 - To sort 2D shapes.
Lesson 3 - To identify the faces on 3D shapes.
Lesson 4 - To identify the edges on 3D shapes.
Lesson 5 - To identify the vertices on 3D shapes.

This week you are going to be creative a fact sheet about the artist Andy Warhol. Use the information provided to create a fact sheet, making sure that you write in full sentences, with punctuation.
This week you are going to be be identifying food chains and how animals get their food.
This week you will be looking at the symbolism of a Vicar's attire that they wear for ceremony's. Identify when each colour is worn.
For computing this term, we would like you to log into Discovery Espresso using the link below and click on CODING - Block Coding - Start from Level 2 - Refresher (Level 1) and work your way through the program each week. It will given you a guide and examples of what to do for each activity/session. When completing the coding activities, if you could send me some photos of you doing the activity that would be amazing!
Last week you were discussing what your body needs, this week you are going to be identifying what your body does! What is your brain for? What does our heart do? Why do we have lungs?
We will be learning the song Can't Stop the Feeling by Justin Timberlake. Listen to this and see if you can sing along. Clap in time to the beat. How many beats are in each regular section of words? Can you keep up with the faster sections?
Joe Wicks to the rescue! PE with Joe is back now that schools are once again closed to most pupils. In school we will be participating in some of these workouts and we encourage the children at home to do the same.
