Our Local Community is so very important to us at SMFR. Here are some links to local groups that children and parents may find useful. Many of these groups have members that are parents or pupils at school so why not come and ask for any information from our school office team or follow the links below to those groups that have websites.

Britwell Girlguides
Britwell Guides is a youth organisation for girls aged 10 upwards. We are a very active group and enjoyeverything from games, craft, cookery, camping, climbing, water sports and much more! We meet on a Thursday evening from 7 - 9 pm and would love to hear from you. Girlguiding is a fantastic organisation and parents often tell us how much their daughters get out of it – friendship, fun, independence, skills for life and the opportunity to do things that they otherwise wouldn’t do.

For younger girls there is Brownie Pack for ages 7 – 9 (Thursday 5 – 6.30 pm) and a Rainbow Unit starting in September for ages 5 and 6 (Tuesday 6 – 7 pm).
